I've always asked myself the question " What do you want this company to be" and I can think a far back as 9th grade of wanting to start my own clothing/apparel line. I think more now days its so easy to be typecast in the "Everybody wants to or is doing it category" For most that's where it ends because that as always been their passion and not just a fad. I strongly believe that if you truly love something don't let others influence your decision of pursuing it. Kind of off topic lol! but to answer the question, I just want to create something that is a reflection of me.

I love every aspect of this, design is so amazing and beautiful!
With the many aspects of design Its always great to see as behind the scenes of how certain things get made. Makes for a better look at the creative process. Since I changed my major to Printmaking I have a appreciation for this. There is nothing like seeing some you created come to life [with this knowledge I wont have to outsource to get my products made]. Even though some say don't do everything yourself lol!

Such a great inspirational book filled with things you already know but seem to forget from time to time while living life. Great and insightful reminders,quotes, stories, to feed the mind positivity.
My ultimate goal is to be Successful [basically work for my self]. My main goal is to open up a store on the beach, not necessarily selling beach gear haha. But more like an internet cafe/boutique/design | Photography studio. I have so many ideas that run through my mind, it becomes difficult at times because I can never pin point just one direction to go in I want to do them all at once lol! My focus at the moment besides school is to just lock in on one idea and create from there.
Can't believe its been 9 years since Aaliyah passed. I definitely remember it like it was yesterday, woke up Sunday morning to my mom telling me what had happened. It was one of those moments where your like Huh! Up until then I had never really experience one of my favorite musician/actor pass away. We must take that moment and appreciate people while their still around, don't wait until its too late!

Alexa Chung is another young lady that I admire. British model and former TV presenter who hosted MTV's "It's on with Alexa Chung" I love her style as well and Mulberry Bags = ).

"Russian's IT Girl" Miroslava Duma is the daughter of Vasily Duma but has made an a name for herself in the fashion world. She is best known for her collection Hermes bags and Louis Vuitton scarves. She started as Harper's Bazaar Russia and now contributes to other magazines. I love her style.

Nylon Magazine is one of my favorite magazines to read; I love everything about it. It covers Art, Fashion, Music, Design, Technology, Celebrities, and Travel. Appealing to the eye and I find a lot of inspiration from reading different things. I one day hope to land a job there or even an internship. = )
A good documentary that takes you on the inside of VOGUE with the editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and creative director Grace Coddington as they produce their most highly anticipated September Issue. I admire Anna Wintour's personality in some ways, how she brings a strong appearance that can often make people around her nervous. She knows what she wants and carries a "boss" status that I like. She is very influential in the fashion industry and has taken VOGUE to great heights. Through out the film she is commended on how she stays ahead. Grace, who I also admire knows what she wants and is great at visualizing a picture. She has a softer appearance to her but knows what it takes to stay in the game with her firm attitude. If you haven't seen this documentary definitely check it out.

Here's an update on what they've been up to!
This past Monday we spent the day filling out paperwork for what we believe will become a major move for the companies. We can’t tell you much because we’d rather make moves and show you what we have done, rather than say what we are going to do cause talk is cheap. If we are blessed with this, mark my words… August 2nd will be a monumental and pivotal date that will change our lives.
Glad to see them continue making moves, the always inspiring group!
